Pricing & Price Changes
All prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Any price changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect services already purchased and paid for, except where additional fees are disclosed and agreed upon in advance. Prices displayed at the time of purchase will be honored for the service purchased, subject to the stated terms and conditions.
Purchasing & Scheduling Services
Services purchased through our online store represent the service or package selected. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a service does not automatically reserve a specific date or time. Customers must contact us after purchase to coordinate their preferred date, time, and any necessary details. All appointments and experiences are subject to availability and confirmation.
Advance Booking
We recommend arranging your preferred service date as far in advance as possible. Last-minute requests may be accommodated when availability permits but are not guaranteed.
Payments & Additional Charges
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of purchase, as specified for each service. Any additional charges for upgrades, extended service time, travel, transportation, special requests, or add-ons will be communicated and approved before they are incurred.
Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Customers must provide reasonable advance notice when requesting changes, rescheduling, or cancellation. Specific notice periods, cancellation fees, deposit terms, and refund eligibility may vary by service and will be communicated in the applicable service description or booking confirmation.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late arrivals may reduce the time available for a service or experience. Missed appointments or failure to arrive without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the purchase, deposit, or reservation, subject to the applicable service policy and any rights required by law.
Service Availability & Substitutions
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, operational requirements, and safety considerations. If we must cancel or significantly modify a service, we will communicate with the customer to arrange an appropriate rescheduling, alternative, or refund, as applicable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description, inclusions, requirements, restrictions, and applicable policies before purchasing. Please communicate any special requests, relevant limitations, accessibility needs, or other information necessary to help us provide the service safely and appropriately.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a service through our online store, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable service description and these Terms & Conditions.
